The Yoga Strong Roller is tough on muscle tension, but not the kind of massage where you wear bed sheets and the lights are dimmed. Think of the Yoga Strong Roller as a little torture pet…for your muscles that is.

Ratings and Reviews
I absolutely love this yoga mat, I’ve only had it 3 days and it’s a great mat no slipping or stretching of the mat. I will say it’s a little heavy but it’s not to far a walk going to my class so I can deal with that, for such a great Matt.
Great mat!

Beautiful and comfortable! The beat mat I’ve ever used because there is no slipping and sliding in difficult poses.

Great quality mat
Support and Grip
These mats cushion like a much thicker mat. My wrists never hurt now. The surface is soft, yet grippy. These mats were a fantastic purchase.
Inspiring!!
This mat is lovely!! It is huge! It cushions my OLD knees very well and I can stretch out fully. It is absolutely beautiful and that inspires me to use it! I'm really glad I got the strap as well. Very happy with my purchase.

Does foam rolling hurt?
If this is your first time foam rolling, you may experience discomfort when you first start out. But that is to be expected when you're applying firm pressure directly to a tight or sore muscle. You should feel relief directly after you finish rolling, andif you maintain consistency, the discomfort may be reduced altogether.

How often should I foam roll?
To help keep your range of motion and prevent pain and injuries, try to spend 5 to 10 minutes on your Yoga Strong Roller every day.
